The Roboyo team was on the road on 18 January at the Entrepreneurs’ Congress in the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg. The congress, followed by a New Year reception, was attended by around 800 entrepreneurs and decision-makers. Various workshops were organised for the congress, dialogue rounds on the topic of “Digital Transformation” were offered and lectures on the future of work were held.
In the discussions and in the personal exchange the immense interest in digitisation was noticeable, but also great uncertainty regarding the big catchwords such as “digital transformation“, “industry 4.0” and “future of work“.
This is certainly also due to the blurred and interlocking understandings of the terms, which are also often different between experts. We are therefore not surprised that decision-makers and entrepreneurs in search of something tangible go home with more questions than answers.
This made it all the more important for us to demonstrate in interesting discussions how Roboyo can solve not all problems related to new trends by automating business processes, but how it can make a concrete contribution and benefit.
In addition to dialogue and exchange, enriching speeches rounded off the event. Manfred Maus, founder of OBI, has demonstrated through his decades of life and leadership experience that companies and industries have undergone change at all times and will continue to do so in the future. One constant, however, remains at all times: the values according to which we live and work together and which shape our corporate culture.
